Benjamin embarked on his legal journey by enrolling at the esteemed University of Michigan Law School, consistently ranked among the top ten in the nation, situated in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Post-graduation, he returned to his hometown of Pensacola, Florida, where he commenced his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida. In 2013, he transitioned to the private sector, securing a position at Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr, and Smith, a nationally recognized firm headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Driven by a passion for advocacy and a commitment to justice, Benjamin played a pivotal role in founding the Bowerman Law Group. This legal venture is dedicated to aiding individuals who have suffered injuries in motor vehicle collisions and other personal injury scenarios. Benjamin also extends his expertise to defending physicians and healthcare providers facing medical malpractice claims.

With licensure in Oregon (141354), Washington (52917), and Florida (93774), Benjamin is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of Oregon and the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida. As a diligent and tenacious attorney, he approaches every case with a zealous determination to champion his clients' causes.
