Sam Nelson

Sam pursued his undergraduate degree in English and Philosophy at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, followed by his legal education at the University of Idaho. During law school, he took a brief sojourn to San Diego, collaborating with the local legal aid group. In 2010, armed with his law degree, Sam made the move to Portland, Oregon, drawn by the allure of all the remarkable things the state has to offer.

Before joining forces with the Bowerman Law Group, Sam honed his legal expertise at one of the nation's largest mortgage banking law firms. His specialization lies in being a steadfast advocate for clients, with a particular focus on navigating the intricacies of land use law issues.

Sam's approach is rooted in transparency and empowerment.
